- Online:
- If you purchased your ticket online, you may perform a self-service refund up to one hour before showtime. Please allow about 10 minutes after your online ticket purchase for the refund option to appear in your purchase history.
- If you are an ArcLight Member:
- Log in to your Membership account.
- On the My Account page, scroll down to My Movie History and select the showtime you would like to refund.
- If you are not an ArcLight Member:
- Click the “View/Cancel Tickets” link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
- Re-enter in your payment info, then click Submit to process the refund. Note that refunds will only be provided via the payment method(s) used to make the original purchase.
- If you used a gift card, the value of your ticket purchase will be refunded to your credit card.
- Voucher replacement can only be done when processing refunds in-person at an ArcLight Cinemas location.
- In-person:
- You can receive a full refund on your ticket at any point up to one hour before show time by visiting the box office at the ArcLight Cinemas location listed on your ticket.
- If you applied a gift card or voucher as part of your original purchase, you will receive a replacement voucher as a refund and no cash will be provided. Voucher replacement can only be done in-theater.
- Refunding only part of your ticket order
- Partial refunds can only be processed at the theater up to an hour before the listed showtime. After that time, the theater will not be able to process a full refund, but will compensate you with a voucher that can be used at your convenience.
- Alternatively, you can perform a self-service refund of your entire order online and then repurchase the correct number of tickets.
